Kat is both a Kali-Ki Reiki Master and an Executive Coach trained under Martha Beck. She practices both healing modalities from her historic home in downtown Napa or via Zoom.
Prior to her work as a healer, Kat was an Advertising Creative Director and is passionate about helping people juggling the demands of work and family. The mother of two young-adult sons, Kat loves tennis, cooking, travel, reading and hiking.
